Veterinarian
Dr. Jeanne Oehler graduated from Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1994. Since then she has practiced in the D/FW area at a variety of small animal veterinary practices for 22 years. Dr. Oehler relocated to the Rio Grande Valley in 2016 and has worked and continues to work in a relief capacity at several small animal veterinary clinics in the Valley.

Brownsville Spay Neuter endeavors to create a safer community for people and pets. By offering low-cost, high-quality spay and neuter services, BSN is working to reduce the enormous population of unwanted pets in our community, and thus reduce the intake of unwanted animals into the shelter.
