Graduate from The University of Oklahoma in 2013
Worked on Mercedes, Texas for 2 years. Moved to the Austin area working for a few years on Vet clinics. Then back to Rio Gran Valley since last years working on different clinics as a Vet relief.
Dr. Fultz joins Brownsville Spay Neuter Clinic since 2019 and always shows her passion for working with all the 4 legged friends. She loved her two cats and two dogs.
Dr. Fultz really enjoys the outdoor activities as fishing, hunting and riding horse.

Jeanne Oehler DVM
Veterinarian
Dr. Jeanne Oehler graduated from Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1994. Since then she has practiced in the D/FW area at a variety of small animal veterinary practices for 22 years. Dr. Oehler relocated to the Rio Grande Valley in 2016 and has worked and continues to work in a relief capacity at several small animal veterinary clinics in the Valley.
