It’s tough on this pandemic times especially with your pets check ups or what ever they might be needing. Our experience was having patience because appointments are very necessary. They are willing to help you on scheduling and medication you could paid or pick up later. Very nice and straight to the point. But this is not a emergency facility they would recommend to go to the animal hospital. They will see your pet but on a appointment time. So people attend to your pets at your own risk.
